THE VOLUME OF ORDER PLACEMENT:
In general, the volume of order quantity depends upon the interest and requirement of the clients who place order with us. However, from the cost effective point of view upon the cargo delivery, we encourage our clients to order minimum 45 kg in order to get the benefit of lower shipping cost of the cargo package by air mode. In the case of forwarding the cargo by the land/ship mode, we suggest your shipping package should exceed 250 kg at least. Regarding the case of our clients order for samples, they can place order in any less degree of weight and quantity. Normally we dispatch those samples in a small box by courier express service to their door. But you should pay the applicable product cost and shipping charge of the courier service.
MODE OF INVOICING:
For the clients other than the country of the USA, we can convert the US$ value to the currency of the country from where the client has ordered only on demand of them at their convenience.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
If the total cost of goods for your order is below US$ 250 as manifested on the invoice issued for the customs purpose, then our clients may dispatch the balance via Western Money Transfer Union.
If the total value of your product order exceeds US$ 250, then we would like you to remit the balance funds to the commercial banking account of our company by telex transfer from your bank.
The consignee party should have to pay 50% amount of his total invoice by wire transfer when agreed with the invoice sent by the exporter. The rest 50% of the order amount has to be remitted before dispatching the cargo to the destination country.

MANUFACTURE TIME:
Normally we need three weeks to prepare your order work in volume from the date of order confirmation and make it ready to dispatch to your country. But in the case of sample order in a small package, one week is sufficient.

THE SERVICE OF CARGO HANDLING:
This company also handles itself the post work of packing and finishing when the task of manufacture is completed. When the packages are ready to be dispatched, we prepare the documentation work for the cargo and customs clearance process and finally transport the cargo to the nearest port of Nepal in order to forward it to the country of the clients.

FREIGHT FORWARDING TIME:
The freight forwarding time is generally proportionate to the mode of delivery means and based on location as follows:

1. By courier express service: This is the most expensive and fastest way of door to door service. We can consign your shipment from 3 to 4 working days.
2. By air cargo: This is the cheapest mode of delivery. By this mode, your cargo packages are delivered to your nearest airport and you need to pick up your package goods from there. The required time delivery is 7 working days.
3. By water/ship: This is a lengthy mode of delivery. This mode of transport is effective only if your shipment is really in a large volume and you’ve placed the order at least 3 to 4 months in advance. The required time delivery: 30 to 45 days.
